Lab Coats and Crazy Hair

Shortly after I invented Daniel, it occurred to me that he looked like another character I had seen. I soon realized it was Flint Lockwood - they both have Einstein hair, luminous blue eyes, sideburns (Dan's are way longer but Flint had pretty long sideburns in some old concept art), a thin build and a white labcoat.

I have since removed Dan's labcoat, but he's still a scientist. And their personalities are fairly different, although Daniel is pretty honest - just not as honest as Flint.

I tried a new drawing/painting technique with this and I like it a lot. It's not super fast but with practice I'm sure it will be. Daniel looks pretty goof in it, and I LOVED painting Flint's hair.
