You are so creative!!!!!! I'm writing a book that has a character like this . . . but not as pretty. She's just gray metal. I love the tail by the way! And your line art is gorgeous! I find it hard to make line art look sharp in PSE
Ah, neat! Actually Ismene used to be gray but I designed I didn't like that look for her any longer.
Thanks! I'm actually using Photoshop CC now, but here's the trick: I put the brush on 100% hardness, 0 spacing, and then I make strong, fast strokes. Sometimes I have to make a new layer, make a curve on it, and then rotate it to match the sketch. Then I trim off the edges and merge it down. I dunno if that makes sense, but that's how I do it. It takes a long time but the strokes are more true that way.
It makes sense for the most part And you moved up I see. I don't think I'll ever be able to. Although I would like to, I just don't think I'm willing to spend money on it. The thing I dislike about PSE is how the line tool works. It makes a new layer for every one since it is counted as a shape. . . meh. XD Anyway. Love your art, as always!!!
Haha okay. Maybe I can show you in a video sometime. XD
My parents are paying for my CC subscription as a gift, but if I have to pay for it myself I won't be able to and I'll have to go back to PSE. The worst is then I'd have to ditch After Effects CC, though. That program is magic. O.O
Oh and I wanted to thank you for telling me all about Final Cut a while back. I think I'll get that as a replacement for AE if I ever have to loose my subscription.
No problem, I'm glad I could help, if that counts as helping Final Cut is nice, simple, and I've seen people do some amazing things with it. I use Final Cut Pro X. And After Effects sounds like heaven mixed with ice cream
